Shavers Development Company is a multi-faceted real estate company that operates as an investor, developer, builder, and manager of properties nationwide. With portfolio diversification at the forefront, SDC has experience in multi-family housing, retail, restaurants, land development, and even assisted living communities.

Through private financing as well as strategic partnerships, SDC has been able to invest and build over 1,300 multi-family units and over 315,000 square feet of commercial property throughout our history. Currently, we have 278,443 square feet of commercial property and 67,383 square feet of residential property under our ownership and management with a shopping center and three multi-family communities in development.
